Nothing upfront. Fees only attach when you hire our submitted candidate(s). For direct hire orders, the fee is a percentage of the selected candidates’ first-year compensation. For contract and contract-to-hire roles, the cost to you will vary based on several factors, including account volume, workers’ comp costs, candidate requirements, and lead time for our staffing managers. Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Premier Resources Group will get the details of the position from you so we send only the most qualified applicants for your needs. By clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of the position, we can select the best candidates.
The placement time frame varies based on job type, industry sector, and the client’s job requirements. Historically, from job order receipt to client extending an offer to our submitted candidate(s), the process typically takes between 3-4 weeks. However, we have placed candidates in a shorter timeframe.
